Shipping and Deliveries

IMPORTANT: All orders placed on the website are shipped the following business day. Shipping time is counted from the moment the package is dispatched from the Tati Barcelona offices. Delivery time for orders to the peninsula is 24/72 hours on business days.

Necessary information for shipments to the Canary Islands

Orders placed from the Canary Islands will need to provide a DNI or Passport number so that the package can pass through customs and arrive at the customer's address without any problems. This information will not be used, in any case, by Tati Barcelona, ​​but will simply be used so that the transport company can present the appropriate documentation at customs and the package arrives correctly to the recipient.

Variation in delivery times

Please note that during periods of high demand such as Christmas, sales or national holidays it may take one or two days to process your order. We therefore recommend that you place your order in advance during these periods.

Change of shipping address

If you wish to change the shipping address, you must notify us immediately after placing the order by emailing us at info@tatibarcelona.es. If you notify us after 12 hours of placing the order, the address change will not be possible.

In the event that the package has already been sent to the address indicated to us, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In this case we will not be held responsible, but the customer must contact the transport company.

Customs costs

Tati Barcelona will not be responsible for customs costs required by the customs agency of the destination country. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to assume this cost if it occurs.

IMPORTANT. Absence at the delivery address.

The shipping company makes 2 attempts to deliver the package to the recipient's home. If the recipient is not at home during any of these delivery attempts, the package is returned to the Tati Barcelona offices. The company will not be responsible for any orders that are returned due to undeliverable items.

In the event that this happens and the customer wants the order to be resent, he or she will have to pay the new shipping costs. Once the customer has paid these costs, the package will be resent to the address provided to us.

If delivery is not possible at home, in some locations such as the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or points on the peninsula, the package is deposited at a delivery office in the town. The customer must go to collect the package at that office within the following 15 working days.

Tati Barcelona will not be responsible for any packages that have not been collected within 15 business days at the Post Office, as all packages deposited there do not return to the sender.
