Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so up to 14 calendar days after purchase.
RETURNS
Remember to do so before the 14 days have passed. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and packed in its original packaging.
- In case the product is used, the return will not be made.
- The customer must send the product to our offices under his/her own responsibility and cost. He/she must ensure that it arrives undamaged.
- Only the price of the product will be refunded, the shipping price is not refundable.
- After these 14 calendar days, the return can no longer be made.
- If you wish to return an order worth more than €60 in full, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Tati Barcelona reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the product has been received. In the event that the package sent by the customer is misplaced or lost during shipping, we will not be held responsible for this.
Important: If you have received a gift product and want to make a return, you must also return that product. If you make the return and do not return the gift product, the price of the gift product will be deducted from the total amount when refunding the amount.
CHANGES
- If you want to exchange the product, you must do so for an item of equal or higher cost than the one you originally purchased. If you want to exchange it for a lower-cost item, we will issue a voucher with no expiration date for the amount you paid for the product purchased.
- The exchange will be processed within a maximum of 4 working days from receipt of the package. In addition, shipping will take place within 24/72 hours.
- In case of exchange for a product of higher value, you must pay the difference.
- The outbound shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, who must send the package under his/her own responsibility and cost.
- In the event of an exchange or return with customs costs, these costs will be borne by the customer. In the event of non-payment, the shipping company will return the package to the customer's address.
- The return costs will be covered by Tati Barcelona and will be made with express shipping (24/72 business hours).
IMPORTANT: Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. We recommend that you check the ring size carefully before making your purchase.
Return of a defective item.
If you receive a defective item, you will need to contact the customer service team by email (info@tatibarcelona.es).
Item damaged due to an external cause within the warranty period.
All our products have a guarantee, however, if your product has been damaged for reasons beyond the company's control (poor care of the jewel, scratches, loss, snagging, theft or contact with abrasive products) it will not be exchanged.
Item purchased during promotional periods.
In the event of a return of purchased items, any product purchased free of charge must also be returned. If the person wants to keep it, they may do so, but the amount of its price will not be refunded.
